Frankie was born in a litter of sixteen puppies, but he immediately distinguished himself. Unlike his siblings, Frankie was born without his two front legs. Yet, this hasn’t hindered him at all. Frankie is just as loved, healthy, and happy as any other dog. His resilience and cheerful spirit shine every day. He was adopted into a family with two other dogs who share the same condition, fostering a special bond among them. They spend their days playing together and enjoying life. To assist them in moving around, they have custom wheelchairs that allow them to run and explore.
